La Journee de La Femme aujourd'hui - or "Ladies Day" in English.....

So here is a photo to celebrate today!!! (until Romain sees it and makes me take it down!) Offshore racing is a great sport where men and women can compete on equal terms, there are no excuses - women can win these great races!

That is because it is not physical strength that makes the difference (although believe me, you need to be strong!) but mental strength. If you want to achieve something and you belive in yourself, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

This week is another training week in Port La Foret, and Romain and I will be out on the water on SAVEOL, preparing for the AG2R with the rest of the squad. Tuesday and Wednesday are race-training days, then we will do a photo-shoot on Thursday....
